** What You'll Do
*** Welcome prospective residents with warmth and enthusiasm while providing memorable tours of our apartment homes and community amenities.
* Turn inquiries into leases by responding to phone, email, and walk-in visitors with outstanding customer service.
* Guide future residents through every step of the leasing process—from application to move-in day.
* Build lasting relationships with current residents and help create a vibrant, welcoming community they'll love to call home.
* Assist with marketing efforts, resident events, and community outreach to keep our property thriving.
* Maintain accurate leasing records while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing guidelines and company policies.## Qualifications
** What Makes You a Great Fit
*** Experience in leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
* A people-first attitude with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated, organized, and driven to meet goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
* Available Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays as community needs require.
* Experience with App Folio or other property management software is a plus—but if you're eager to learn, we'll provide the training you need.
