The Aviary On West Napoleon apartments in Metairie is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team. Every day is different- from welcoming future residents to coordinating move-ins and creating an exceptional living experience for our community.

• Help future residents fall in love with their new home by providing engaging tours of our beautiful apartment community.
• Keep our apartment make-ready process running smoothly by coordinating with our maintenance team and vendors to ensure apartment homes are move-in ready and on schedule.
• Be the friendly voice and face of our community by responding to phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
• Guide new residents through the leasing journey- from application to move-in day.
• Build lasting relationships with residents and help create a community they're proud to call home.
• Assist with marketing initiatives, resident events, and community outreach.
• Maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations.

• A background in sales, customer service, or hospitality (property management experience is a plus!)
• Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Experience with property management software (App Folio is a bonus, but we're happy to train the right person!)
• A positive, goal-oriented attitude and a genuine passion for helping people
• Flexibility to work an occasional Saturday when needed
