Location: Iowa
Envoy Air Inc. at MWA Airport is hiring a Customer Service Agent in an entry-level role. You will greet passengers, perform check-in and ticketing tasks, and assist travelers with a friendly, efficient experience.
You will work with reservation/ticketing software, help rebook itineraries, and manage baggage as you support customers in person in all weather conditions. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.
