• Issue insurance documentation and update policies.
• Assist clients with payments
• Assist agents with daily tasks
• Obtain and maintain accurate client records.
• Answer client questions, problem solve, and follow up.

• Insurance Property & Casualty customer service experience required. License not required.
• Strong computer and technical skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Agency Management software proficiency.
• A team player who is detail oriented with the ability to multitask and willingness to learn.
• Professional communication skills.
