** Key Deliverables and Responsibilities
** The Service Experience Specialist provides operational and administrative support to financial professionals and clients within the Service Experience team. This role is responsible for processing account-related activities, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a high level of service delivery. The Specialist plays a key role in interpreting policies and procedures, resolving service issues efficiently, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance processes and improve client experience.
* Support financial professionals and clients by providing service related to incoming paperwork, account information and distributions
* Communicate operational and financial industry policies and procedures
* Research issues and resolve inquiries in a timely matter
* Develop understanding of the policies and procedures to execute them in daily work
* Adapt and adhere to Cambridge policies and core values
* Collaborate with internal associates to improve procedures and templates to streamline processes  #
