Guest Services Associate

The Guest Services Associates are responsible for ensuring that customer interactions and transactions are performed adhering to policies and best practices. They are responsible for administrative functions which are required to keep the store functioning efficiently and smoothly on a day to day basis.

They are also responsible for providing support functions for the Store Leader and Diamond Consultants. This individual also possesses high customer service skills.

• Perform customer transactions through POS systems including being able to perform all transactions types, payment methods and customer inquiries
• Assist the Store Leaders and Sales Consultants
• Answer phones and warm transfer calls
• Answer customer questions and assist with guest correspondence
• Assist with store opening and closing activities
• Monitor store cleanliness and supply levels
• Run reports

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Expert attention to detail
• Professional phone demeanor
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay on task regardless of interruptions
• Ability to prioritize projects, meet deadlines, and receive instructions from multiple supervisors

Depending on skills and experience,
compensation for Guest Services Associate is $18-$22 per hour plus benefits. Ramsey's offers health, dental, vision, life and short term disability insurance.
