Associate General Dentist – Full-Time New Orleans, Louisiana | Monday–Friday | 100% Pediatric Position

An established, high-volume private practice in New Orleans is seeking a Full-Time Associate General Dentist due to upcoming provider transitions (one relocating to an FQHC and one pursuing ownership). This is a strong opportunity for a productive, restorative-focused dentist seeking clinical autonomy, strong support, and consistent volume. 100% Pediatric practice

• W-2 Employee
• 30% of Net Production
• $800/day guaranteed for first 90 days
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Continuous schedule (no formal lunch hour)

Modern, well-equipped practice with:

• 8 operatories
• 8 open hygiene benches
• 2 x-ray rooms
• Fixed 2D panoramic unit + portable x-ray
• Digital sensors throughout

Daily support typically includes:

• 3 Doctors
• 7 Operatory Assistants
• 5 Hygiene Assistants
• 3 Front Desk Staff
• 1 Office Manager

Each provider is supported by two dedicated assistants for restorative
, plus a floating assistant — allowing you to focus on dentistry.

• Standard: 2 restorative columns, 1-hour appointments
• Flexible, provider-driven scheduling
• Option to run 3 columns (current provider model: 45-minute restorative appointments)
• Expected volume: ~12–20 operative patients per day (based on comfort & efficiency)

• Comfort treating kids - 100% pedo practice
• Pediatric patients (restorative focus)
• Comfortable with:
  • Simple extractions
  • Surgical extractions (primary & permanent dentition)

• DDS or DMD
• Active Louisiana Dental License
• Louisiana Personal Anesthesia Permit (Nitrous Oxide Inhalation Analgesia)
