With an integrated care model that includes medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services, patients can access comprehensive, coordinated services often under one roof.

• Hours:Flexible within clinic hours Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri 8am-5pm & Wed 8am-7pm
• Sees on average 15 patients per day
• Provider team includes
  : 2 dentists, 2 hygienists, + dental assistants
• EHR: Epic

• Student Loan Repayment Programs: Eligible for $50,000 in student loan repayment in exchange for 2 years of service through federal programs
• Competitive Salary
  : $,000 per year depending upon experience plus additional production incentives

  Education:
  
  5-10 paid days + $3000-$4000/year
• Additional $5 per hygienist chart they sign off, paid monthly (estimated between $6000-$12,000 more annually)
• Eligible for $10,000 bonus each year when signing a 3-year contract and could continue annually for up to 5 years.
• Paid Time Off: 20-28 PTO days/year + 7 paid holidays

• DDS/DMD degree from an approved dental school
