With an integrated care model that includes medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services, patients can access comprehensive, coordinated services often under one roof.

  Hours:
  
  Mon‑Fri: 7am‑5pm
• Your schedule: Mon‑Fri: 7am‑4pm or 8am‑5pm; no evenings, no weekends, no call
• Sees on average 16 patients per day + hygiene checks
• Provider team includes: 1 dentist, 1 dental hygienist, and 2 dental assistants.
• Operatories: 4 dental, 2 hygiene
• EHR: Epic Wisdom

limited/emergency and comprehensive exams, restorative on both children and adults, root canals, removable and fixed prosthodontics - possibly using digital dentistry, extractions including surgical.

• Student Loan Repayment Programs: Eligible for $50,000 in student loan repayment in exchange for 2 years of service through state & federal programs
• Competitive Salary
  : $170,000 - $240,000/year based on experience.
• Sign on Bonus: $20,000
• Contract Length: 3 years
• Licensing and Professional Subscriptions: Reimbursement provided.

  $3,000/year and 5 days for CME

DDS/DMD degree from an approved dental school

Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish, although not required. There is a high Spanish speaking population.
