Part-Time Dental Assistant

Overview

We are seeking a passionate dental assistant to join a pediatric dental practice dedicated to providing quality care to children and adolescents. The role involves

• chairside assisting for dental procedures
• preparing patients and sterilizing instruments
• taking digital radiographs
• maintaining accurate patient records
• applying fluoride varnish and sealants (once certified)
• assisting with orthodontic procedures
• communicating effectively with patients, parents, and team members in a caring manner
• providing emotional and medical support as needed

• prior dental assisting experience
• radiology certification (preferred)
• EDDA certification (preferred but not required; support provided to achieve it)
• knowledge of Open Dental software (preferred)

and possess a
