Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator

As an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator at Benevis Dental, you will guide patients through their orthodontic journey, from initial consult to treatment completion. Responsibilities

• Educate patients and families on orthodontic treatment plans, timelines, and expectations
• Review financial agreements, payment options, and insurance coverage with patients
• Coordinate new patient consultations and follow-up appointments
• Liaise between patients, orthodontists, and clinical teams to ensure smooth treatment flow
• Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, and financial documentation in practice software
• Verify insurance benefits and obtain any necessary pre-authorizations
• Support front office operations, including check-in, check-out, and follow-up communication
• Track treatment progress and recall appointments to maintain patient compliance
• Handle patient questions and concerns promptly and professionally
