Chairside Assistant

As our Chairside Orthodontic Assistant, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive, comfortable, and efficient experience for every patient throughout their orthodontic treatment. You’ll work closely with our doctors and clinical team while rotating between our three office locations during the week to help keep patient care running smoothly. This is a fast‑paced, hands‑on position that’s ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and being part of a collaborative team environment where every day brings something different.

Monday through Thursday Availability required between 7:45 AM and 5:00 PM

• Assist the orthodontist during patient procedures and appointments
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment areas
• Take digital X-rays, photos, and impressions/scans as needed
• Provide patient education and instructions for orthodontic care
• Maintain accurate clinical notes and patient records
• Ensure operatories are clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Support smooth patient flow and efficient clinical operations across all locations
• Help create a welcoming, positive experience for patients and families

• Previous dental or orthodontic assisting experience
