Landscape Architect

As a Landscape Architect, you will be involved in a wide variety of projects at different stages—from conceptual design through construction documents, presentation graphics, cost estimates, and construction administration. You will work closely with our internal team and collaborate with clients to ensure project goals are met. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities, and the capacity to handle sudden rush projects or last‑minute changes.

• Accredited Degree in Landscape Architecture (BLA or MLA)
• 3 to 5+ years of professional experience
• Experience with the entire design process, from concept to construction documents and administration
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office
• Strong graphic (hand and computer‑generated), written, and verbal communication skills
• Excellent eye for design with a continual desire to learn
• Energetic, passionate, and enthusiastic, with a strong sense of integrity
• Detail‑oriented and highly organized, with exceptional prioritization skills
• Self‑starter with the confidence to “jump in” and utilize your skills to meet client needs
• A servant‑leader mindset
