Project Detailer - Prairieville

Door and Hardware Project Detailer responsible for managing project documentation, detailed drawings, and coordination within the commercial construction industry.

• Manage project information using Smartsheets and Comsense software.
• Communicate with customers to obtain and verify project details.
• Review contract documents, plans, specifications, and shop drawings.
• Detail project openings, review costs, scope, and code requirements.
• Prepare shop drawings, schedules, and submittals from manufacturer catalogs.
• Collaborate with contractors, architects, and project managers to meet schedule and budget needs.

• Experience reading plans and specifications; familiarity with detailing software (Comsense or Pro-tech).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam.
• Strong mathematical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and excellent customer service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, both independently and in a team.
