Job Description: As a Design Manager at Ark Spaces, you will oversee the design process from concept to completion. You will lead a team of designers and architects, ensuring that all projects meet the company's standards for quality, creativity, and functionality. Your role will involve managing client relationships, developing design strategies, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

- Ensure all projects meet quality and safety standards.
- Manage project timelines and budgets.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in design management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and Sketch Up.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
