Description

Dane Street is seeking a Board-Certified Orthopedic Spine Surgeon licensed in Louisiana to join our dynamic team of expert clinical reviewers. In this role, you will use your specialized spine expertise to conduct thorough, evidence-based reviews of clinical cases. This is a telework opportunity that allows you to customize your schedule while working as a 1099 independent contractor.

Responsibilities
  • Review medical records and prepare clear, concise clinical summaries.
  • Participate in peer-to-peer discussions as needed.
  • Respond to specific questions related to orthopedic spine care and medical necessity.
Qualifications
  • Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery.
  • Fellowship training in Spine Surgery.
  • Current, unrestricted Louisiana medical license.
  • 5+ years of clinical practice experience in orthopedic spine surgery.
  • Ability to attend all required orientation and training sessions.
  • Maintains all required credentialing, licensure, and certifications necessary to perform the role.
