We are seeking a skilled Obstetric Anesthesiologist to join our client in Iowa for a dynamic 91-day assignment, commencing Mar 22, 2026. This vital Physician role is dedicated solely to providing comprehensive OB anesthesia services, including epidural, spinal, and combined spinal-epidural techniques for planned and emergency C-sections, as well as managing high-risk pregnancies, with no clinic responsibilities.
Responsibilities and Duties- Provide comprehensive OB anesthesia services
- Administer epidural anesthesia
- Administer spinal anesthesia
- Administer combined spinal-epidural (CSE) techniques
- Manage IV pain medications
- Provide anesthesia for planned (scheduled) C-sections
- Provide anesthesia for emergency C-sections
- Manage anesthesia for high-risk pregnancies
- Exclusively focus on inpatient OB services with no clinic responsibilities
- Board Certified in Anesthesiology
