- Nursing Support: 1:1

- Lab & Pharmacy: Yes
- Clinic Provider Daily Volume: 10-30
- Average Daily Hospital Practice Census: 10-15
- Appointment Length: consult - 40 minutes, follow up - 20 minutes
- Patient Population: Primary Clinic - Medicare/ Medicaid/Commercial;
Secondary Clinical - Commercial, Medicare - EMR: EPIC
