• Turn-key opportunity: 90% of all patients are internal referrals
• Hem/Onc team includes 3 medical oncologists, APPs, full-time pharmacist, clinic & infusion RNs (all oncology certified), prior auth team, nurse navigators
• 90% Onc, 10% Hem (develop a niche in one or more disease sites if desired)
