Primary Care Physician - Baton Rouge, LA

The Physician work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. The Physician focuses on outpatient medicine, continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention.

Keep a medical history and medical records. Refer the patient to specialists. Begin to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and perform work without direction. Exercise considerable latitude in determining goals and approaches to assignments. Use your skills to make an impact

This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana/Senior Bridge's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB. You must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences. You will report to the Associate Medical Director. You'll work in our Baton Rouge outpatient clinic. You must be willing to participate in limited on-call coverage by phone #LI-CB1

• 5 or more years of technical experience
• Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction
• Graduate of accredited MD or DO program of accredited university
• Prefer Internal Medicine specialty
• You need to be Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$255,000 - $298,500 per year
