Overview

This full-time, contract position offers an opportunity to provide speech-language pathology services within a K-12 educational setting in Prairieville, LA. The assignment spans from February 2, 2026, through May 22, 2026, working primarily with high school students, serving approximately 50 children across all grade levels.

• Deliver speech-language pathology evaluations and therapy to a diverse caseload of K-12 students
• Collaborate with educators and school staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and targeted interventions
• Track student progress and maintain detailed documentation in compliance with state and school regulations
• Participate in team meetings and contribute insights toward student development and accommodation strategies

• Current Louisiana SLP License and valid Teaching Certification are required
• Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working within K-12 school settings, with a focus on adolescent populations highly desired
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
