A position is available for a skilled School Psychologist to support educational settings with comprehensive psychological services. This role is based in New Orleans, LA, and involves travel to various school locations within the area. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in school psychology, demonstrating expertise in assessment, intervention, and counseling to promote student success.

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify students educational and emotional needs.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students facing behavioral, emotional, or social challenges.
• Assist in crisis intervention and contribute to creating a supportive school environment.
• Maintain detailed records and prepare reports in compliance with educational regulations.
• Participate in school meetings and provide professional consultation on student development and wellness.

• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
• Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
• Experience in conducting assessments and providing therapeutic interventions in a school setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability and willingness to travel between schools as required.
