District Leadership Job Pool
St. John the Baptist Parish Public Schools is seeking qualified and aspiring leaders interested in future district-level leadership opportunities, including Facilitator, Coordinator, and Supervisor positions.
The District Leadership Pool is designed to identify highly effective employees who demonstrate strong leadership potential, a commitment to student achievement, and the ability to support schools and district initiatives. Participation in the pool does not guarantee selection for a position but allows the district to identify and consider qualified candidates as vacancies arise.

Special Directions:

Anticipated Positions:
District executive leadership positions include (Facilitators, Coordinators, Supervisors)
Minimum Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Educational Leadership, Special Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field
* Certification in Educational Leadership, Special Education Administration, or Supervisor/Director of Special Education
* Five successful years of school or district-level leadership experience working with students from diverse backgrounds and ability levels
Preferred Qualifications:
Doctorate in Educational Leadership;
Special Education or a related field
Salary:
Faciliator, coordinator, supervisor and director salary schedules
