Job Title

Community of Communes of Val Marnaysien is looking for an Animator in Leisure Center.

Located between Besançon and Gray, the Community of Communes of Val Marnaysien places childhood and youth at the heart of its priorities. Through its leisure centers and after-school programs, it offers children a stimulating educational environment promoting their development, autonomy, and learning about community life. To strengthen its animation teams, the Community of Communes of Val Marnaysien is recruiting an Animator in Leisure Center.

Under the authority of the director of the Collective Child Care (ACM) and his deputy, you will participate in the reception and supervision of children, the implementation of the pedagogical project of the structure, and the organization of educational, cultural, sports, and leisure activities adapted to the different audiences received.

Skills and knowledge:
Knowledge of the functioning of Collective Child Care;
Knowledge of child development and animation techniques;
Ability to propose and implement activities adapted to different audiences;
Mastery of safety and hygiene rules applicable in ACM;
Ability to work in a team and participate in educational projects;
Knowledge of the territorial environment is appreciated. Training and qualifications: BAFA, BPJEPS, CAP Educational Attendant for Young Children or equivalent diploma desired; PSC1 or SST appreciated;
Driving license B appreciated.

Working conditions:

Annualized working time at 7.5 hours per week;
Variable hours depending on activity periods;
Daily contact with children and families;
Possible mobility to different sites in the territory;

Art. L332-8 provision 2 of the general code of the public service - A contractual employee may be recruited for this position for the needs of the services or by the nature of the functions when no candidacy of a civil servant has been made. The proposed contract may not exceed three years, renewable up to a maximum duration of six years.
