Director Of Leisure Reception

Located between Besançon and Gray, the Community of Communes of Val Marnaysien develops an ambitious policy in favor of children, youth, and families. Through its leisure centers, it offers children an educational environment of quality promoting their development, autonomy, and openness to the world.

In this context, the Community of Communes of Val Marnaysien is recruiting a Director of Leisure Reception. Under the authority of the sector coordinator, you will ensure the direction of a collective reception for minors. True leader of the structure, you will participate in the implementation of the educational orientations of the community, supervise the animation teams, ensure the quality of the reception offered to families, and ensure compliance with the regulations in force.

Piloting the functioning of the structure:

• Organize and coordinate the activities of the leisure center
• Ensure administrative, financial, and logistical management of the structure
• Develop and follow the operating budget
• Manage human resources (schedules, hours declarations, absences, replacements)

Supervise and support the teams:

• Recruit, train, and supervise the animation teams
• Foster cohesion, motivation, and skill development of staff

Design and implement the pedagogical project:

• Develop, implement, and evaluate the pedagogical project of the structure
• Develop educational, cultural, sports, and leisure activities adapted to different audiences
• Ensure the consistency of the actions carried out with the educational orientations of the community
• Monitor and evaluate the projects and actions carried out

Ensure the safety and well-being of children:

• Ensure information and communication with families
• Organize times of exchange and foster dialogue with parents
• Develop partnerships with schools, associations, institutions, and local actors

Profile sought:

• Mastery of the regulations of Collective Receptions for Minors
• Strong team management and project leadership skills
• Knowledge of child development and educational issues
• Organizational, planning, and administrative management skills
• Proficiency in budget management and activity monitoring
• Proficiency in computer and office tools
• Writing and relational skills

Required training and qualifications:

• BPJEPS LTP or equivalent (with UC of direction) mandatory
• PSC1 or SST preferred
• Driving license B essential

Additional information:

• Annualized hours with variable amplitudes according to activity periods
• Supervision of animation teams
• Occasional travel to different sites of the territory
• Frequent relations with families, schools, institutional partners, and community services

Remuneration:
According to the salary scale and the candidate's experience.
