Duties and Responsibilities- prepare and provide course or laboratory lectures;
- hold office hours in the amount of (30) minutes per lecture/lab course on-campus/site at times convenient for students;
- prepare and grade examinations;
- maintain class records and report grades;
- participate in formative class evaluations and an end-of-the-semester/session evaluation session;
- complete all required/mandated employee training/professional development, as applicable.
High School Diploma or equivalency
Required ExperienceApplicant must possess a minimum of 5 yrs of experience in construction
Required Licenses or CertificationsGeneral Contractor's License
Preferred EducationCertificate of Technical Studies
Preferred ExperienceApplicant must possess a minimum of 3 yrs of experience as a general licensed contractor
