General Summary- A Classroom/Special Education Associate assists the teacher in general daily classroom activities, helps students, and cares for their physical, emotional health and safety, affirming their abilities, and striving to promote dignity in all relationships. Responsibilities may include assisting teachers to provide support to students in the areas of academic assistance, physical assistance, behavior monitoring, and data collection.
- High school diploma
- Experience working with children.
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred.
