Salary: $22,063 to $27,019 Per Year

The school board seeks highly qualified paraprofessionals to assist teachers in the classroom.

• Support teachers in delivering instructional activities to students
• Assist with classroom management and instructional implementation
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create a positive learning environment
• Perform related duties as assigned by school administrators

• Possess a secondary school diploma or GED certificate
• Pass the Para-Pro Assessment with a score of 450 or higher (registration .org); must have passing scores at time of application
• OR Two (2) years of full-time study (48 semester credit hours) from a state‑approved institution including English Composition (3 hrs), English/Reading (6 hrs), and Mathematics (6 hrs)
• OR An Associate of Arts or Associate of Applied Science degree from a state‑approved institution
• OR An Early Childhood Ancillary Certificate (for Pre‑K placement only)
