Summary:

Oil and Gas Production Mechanical Training Instructor

• Instructors shall support the Robert Training & Conference Center (SRTCC) to deliver training and assessment currently delivered by Robert Training Center to Technicians and Graduates, using currently available training hand-outs and materials in a classroom setting as well as virtual classrooms. Instructors will also perform and oversee hands-on exercises of live lab equipment and simulators.
• Instructors will conduct a full review of all associated training materials, make recommendations, and implement updating of all training programs.
• Instructors will take an active part reviewing training alignment with future business needs and technical challenges.
• Instructors will support the wider Team and RTC Learning Community in any other Training or Learning & Development initiatives identified for their related Job.
• Effective communicator with strong writing skills that exhibit solid interpersonal skills and positive energy.
• Preferred instructors home location Louisiana, within 4 to 6 hours commute time to Robert LA.

• Certified Professional Industrial Mechanic and Machinist/ Millwright (NCCER).
• Offshore/Onshore Oil and Gas Production Maintenance and Equipment Reliability expertise.
• Other Industrial Sector's Electrical expertise (Military, Nuclear, Manufacturing etc.).

• Reading Blueprints & Schematics/Drawings
• Preventative Maintenance associated with Industrial Mechanical Equipment
• Rotating Equipment Alignment (Laser)
• Pumps (all types including installation, repair, maintenance)
• Bearings and Seal's
• Industrial Hydraulic Systems
• Vibration Analysis/Conditional Monitoring
• Winches and Hoist Inspection/Repair
• Gas Compressors (Centrifugal, Reciprocating, Single and Multi-Stage)
• Engines (Gas and Diesel)
• Bolted Flange Joint Assembly (Torquing/Tensioning Systems)

The pay range for this position is $55-$65 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.

Must have a valid driver's license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
