Pediatric School Psychologist - Madisonville, LA

Travel professionals are encouraged to apply and bring their specialized expertise in pediatric psychology to the forefront.

• Current licensure as a School Psychologist
• Previous experience working within school settings
• Strong background in pediatric assessment and intervention
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Passion for fostering a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and interpret results to inform interventions and supports
• Develop and assist in implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students
• Provide counseling, behavioral interventions, and consultative services to students, staff, and families
• Collaborate in the Response to Intervention (RTI) process and crisis intervention initiatives
• Maintain thorough documentation and uphold professional ethics and student confidentiality
• Participate in school meetings, professional development, and team-based support processes
