Role Description The Elementary School Teacher is a full-time, on-site position. The teacher will plan and deliver standards-based lessons, design age-appropriate learning activities, and manage a positive, inclusive classroom environment. Daily responsibilities include assessing student progress, providing differentiated instruction, maintaining accurate records, and communicating regularly with families and colleagues. The teacher will collaborate with grade-level teams, participate in professional development, and contribute to school-wide initiatives that support student achievement and well-being.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Elementary Education and Teaching, with the ability to engage diverse learners and manage a classroom effectively.
- Experience in Curriculum Development and Education planning, including aligning lessons with state standards and school goals.
- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with students, families, and staff.
- Relevant teaching certification or licensure for elementary grades, and a bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Ability to use instructional technology, assessment tools, and data to inform teaching practices.
- Commitment to equity, inclusion, and culturally responsive teaching, with willingness to collaborate and engage in ongoing professional learning.
