Early Childhood Art Teacher

Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Enrichment Specialist to join our collaborative team. This unique role offers the opportunity to guide and inspire young children (ages 1-5) through a variety of enrichment activities including art, clay, yoga, music
, and potentially gardening

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead creative enrichment sessions for infants, toddlers and preschoolers
• Incorporate developmentally appropriate practices rooted in Montessori and Reggio philosophies
• Use artistic and sensory materials to support children's exploration and expression
• Foster a calm, engaging, and joyful atmosphere for learning
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and directors to integrate enrichment with classroom themes

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working with children ages 1-5 in a preschool or early childhood setting
• Strong background in the arts (visual arts, music, movement, or related fields)
• Passionate about creativity, expression, and holistic child development
• Familiarity with Montessori or Reggio Emilia philosophy (preferred but not required)
• Kind, patient, flexible, and excited to be part of a close-knit school community
