Your Role

As a Deputy Service Coordinator (m/f/d), your task is to plan, prepare, and ensure optimal customer service for our worldwide service operations. Your contribution enables our service staff to achieve their goals and drive company growth.

You plan and coordinate worldwide service operations while maintaining an overview.

You organize and prepare service trips from start to finish.

You provide technical support for our customers and service technicians (nationally and internationally).

You create offers, follow them up, and actively participate in sales activities.

You manage tools in the AS3 area.

You handle visa issues and coordinate occupational medical examinations (G-examinations).

You perform general commercial and administrative tasks.

You have a completed education as an industrial mechanic or technician.

You work service-oriented and always keep the customer in mind.

You convince with an open and respectful way of dealing with customers and colleagues.

You like to work in a team, actively participate, are flexible, resilient, and keep an overview even in stressful situations.

You have good English skills in both speaking and writing.

You handle MS Office confidently and ideally have experience with SAP.

This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to divide your time between remote work and on-site activity at our Customer Center in 71229 Leonberg, Germany.

This position is a temporary parental leave replacement for the duration of parental leave (approximately 3 years).
