- Perform Field Service activities for all local Orange EV Vehicles
- Diagnose, repair, and provide root cause analysis
- Evaluate Remote Monitoring System data to identify possible performance related concerns as well as to study vehicle utilization
- Accurately record all Service work and develop pertinent reports
- Collaborate with customers and third-party service providers
- Provide technical support for sales and marketing efforts
- Perform field upgrades or retrofits
- Facilitate tool and parts warehousing
- Plan and execute a complete Service strategy for the region
- High School Diploma; related technical degree preferred
- 1 or more years’ experience in the automotive or electrical industries
- Intermediate to Advanced level experience with MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and TEAMS
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing superior customer service
- Analytical approach to problem solving
- Ability to routinely lift up to 50 lbs at waist level and occasionally up to 75- 100 lbs
- Ability to squat, sit, lie under, or climb on the vehicle routinely
- Ability to handle many functions at one time and adjust to rapidly changing priorities and schedules
- Ability to set and prioritize goals and achieve them according to a schedule
- Ability to execute and follow through on instructions given by the supervisor
- Ability to articulate clearly when writing, including composition, spelling, and punctuation.
Demonstrates expertise in diagnosing and repairing electric vehicles, with a strong focus on customer service and technical support. Proficient in data analysis and reporting to enhance vehicle performance and service strategies.
