Heavy Equipment Operator

The Mud Master Operator is responsible for ensuring that Phibions AMC operations at the

tailings facility are conducted in full compliance with health, safety, and environmental

standards. The role focuses on operating Mud Master® equipment safely and in an efficient

manner to produce the desired result. This position supports safe, efficient, and sustainable

operations that meet both customer requirements and company expectations.

This position reports directly to the Lead Operator or a Customer Manager (depending on the

local organizational structure) and collaborates with:

• • Mud Master® Operators, Customer Representatives and Sub-Contractor Representatives;
• • Maintenance Engineer;

• • Exposure to the mining industry
• • License to drive light vehicles without restrictions
• • Proficient in written and spoken English
• • The right to work in the USA without restrictions
• • Ability to pass the required medical requirements for both our Customers and Phibion
• • Ability to obtain a TWIC card (issued by Homeland Security for work in port facilities)

• • Executing the working plans in a manner that is safe, sustainable and in accordance with good practice.

• • Maximise equipment productivity and efficiency in accordance with the KPIs and work plans.
• • Operate Phibion Mud Masters® on site as directed by the Phibion Supervisor/Lead.
• • Provide daily updates of operation, maintenance and any other issues that affect the daily running of the machine.
• • Attend and contribute to daily toolbox meetings and completion of light vehicle and machine prestart and post operations checklists.
• • Providing daily feedback on machine and Phibion operations.
• • Conduct equipment prestarts and refuelling if required
• • Conduct Shear vane testing/Density Sampling (training will be provided)
• • Conform to customer sites Occupational Health and Safety policies as directed.
• • You are required to fill out a daily timesheet (either customer provided or as part of Phibion’s Scroll Management System) to include:
• • Machine hours and maintenance issues
• • When breaks or site travel are taken
• • Training or meetings
• • Location which you were operating (designated as per the agreed customer reference system).

• • Conduct all activities safely, professionally and politely
• • Perform the Phibion plan and maintain accurate operations records of operation
• • Develop and maintain good working relationship with customer and other Phibion employees
• • Comply with all of Phibion’s and Customer’s policies and procedures
• • Adjust or refine the Phibion plan according to the physical changes of the tailings facility
