The RAN Field Integration Engineer will support hands-on LTE/4G radio integration and validation activities across Nokia RAN platforms. This role is vital in ensuring high‑quality site turn‑ups, compliance with operator (AT&T) standards, and smooth field deployment operations.
Responsibilities- Perform LTE/4G RAN integration using Nokia radio equipment (Flexi, Air Scale, etc.).
- Execute site turn‑up, configuration, and parameter validation following operator standards.
- Use test equipment such as Anritsu, R&S, TEMS, or similar tools for validation.
- Troubleshoot integration failures, alarms, and RF issues.
- Validate LTE KPIs and ensure site performance meets acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with field crews, integration teams, and operator stakeholders.
- Document site integration steps, results, and any encountered issues.
- 2+ years of hands-on LTE network integration experience.
- Strong experience with Nokia RAN equipment (Flexi, Air Scale, or equivalent).
- Understanding of LTE technology, parameters, and basic KPIs.
- Experience working with RF testing tools (Anritsu, R&S, TEMS, etc.).
- Familiarity with AT&T standards and procedures (preferred).
- Nokia Net Act or similar OSS experience.
- AT&T LTE parameter and script experience.
- Experience with small cell or DAS deployments.
- Certifications such as CWNE or similar.
Highlight specific Nokia RAN integration projects—especially AT&T or Tier‑1 operator experience—as real field examples significantly improve your chances of getting shortlisted.
