What You’ll Do

Lead design and development from concept to launch, shaping the future of industrial automation.

  • Take ownership of full-cycle projects: scope, timeline, and deliverables
  • Design, build, and test innovative mechanical and electromechanical systems using advanced tools (Solid Works preferred)
  • Engineer and evaluate system performance through experiments and data-driven testing
  • Build, qualify, and continually refine custom test equipment
  • Collaborate across functions including R&D, manufacturing and business development, drive brainstorming and design reviews
  • Communicate progress, risks, and results across multidisciplinary teams
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • 5 years hands‑on engineering experience
  • Proven expertise in 3D modeling (Solid Works, Pro‑E, Inventor, etc.)
  • Exceptional mechanical design and prototyping skills
  • A builder’s mindset: eager to test, learn, and improve—quickly
