Belcan is hiring manufacturing engineers through our Academic to Industry (A2I) program. These roles offer immersive, hands‑on experience in a complex aerospace manufacturing environment, supported by a senior engineering team mentor.

• Participate in hands‑on training and mentorship from experienced engineers.
• Assist in developing and executing manufacturing work instructions and documentation.
• Learn and apply industry‑standard manufacturing systems and processes.
• Support shop floor operations and address day‑to‑day production challenges.
• Report and assist in resolving quality and non‑conformance issues.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Aerospace, or similar).
• Recent graduate with 0-1 years of professional experience (including internships).
• Eagerness to learn technical manufacturing engineering concepts and tools.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a hands‑on, fast‑paced production environment.
• US Citizenship required due to the nature of the work.

• Internship or co‑op experience in a manufacturing or aerospace setting.
• Exposure to CAD tools (Catia, NX, Solid Works) in academic or project settings.
• Familiarity with basic quality assurance or production engineering practices.
• Active involvement in academic engineering projects or organizations.
