Job Summary

Responsible for sustaining and continuously improving various mechanical components for equipment and tools. Ensures safe, effective operations of production and supports continuous improvement. Manages reliability engineering projects, performs analytical verification, evaluates, tests, and tracks reliability interventions, initiates reporting for incidents, creates and follows up on corrective actions, prepares routine reports and memos, and coordinates communications across all necessary functional groups.

Education and Experience
  • 4‑year/Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
  • In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Six (6) or more years in Oil & Gas or related experience (Required)
  • No licensure or certification required.

  • Coordinates Root Cause Failure Analysis process and tracks the implementation of recommendations through resolution.
  • Utilizes reliability tools such as failure calculations, failure evaluations, cost analysis, and risk analysis to evaluate and prioritize reliability issues.
  • Participates in audits to measure the effectiveness of reliability related activities such as equipment repairs, part quality, and the failure investigation process.
  • Conducts life cycle cost analysis on new and critical equipment.
  • Identifies and leads team’s continuous improvement projects.
  • Designs DFR for reliability.
  • Participates in the maintenance critical spare parts program (DKL).
