About the Role:As a Field Service Engineer, you will support customers by installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing industrial equipment directly at their sites. This is a hands‑on, field‑based role where you work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure reliable performance and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Install, service, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial equipment at customer locations
- Diagnose technical issues and provide effective on‑site solutions
- Deliver technical support and perform preventive maintenance
- Train and support customer operators and maintenance teams
- Collaborate with internal service, engineering, and sales teams
- Prepare service documentation and reports
- Contribute to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
