Established in 2007, we are one of the country’s pioneering web and mobile app development start-ups, founded by Silicon Valley entrepreneurs.

We’re looking for an Engineering Director who can serve as a highly technical engineering manager, to lead and develop our engineering team. This role is pivotal in shaping our engineering culture, improving processes and mentoring our engineers as they grow into senior and principal-level roles. You’ll play a hands‑on role in key technical decisions while also guiding the team through strategic challenges.

This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact in Central Asia’s developing tech community, while being a light in both the workplace and the wider community.

You will be committed to spending at least 1-2 years in country and to learning a language.

While not required, experience with Fullstack Type Script development, Angular (frontend) and Node.js (backend), Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or any cloud provider and SaaS web application development will be beneficial.

It will also be beneficial to have worked with clients in engineering execution, from ideation to operations, and to have experience of modernising legacy codebases and growing and scaling a small engineering team.
