Role Overview
As a Project HSE Coordinator, you will partner with the HSE Director, HSE Manager, Project Manager, and Construction Manager to lead Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) excellence on an EPCM project at a client facility. Your responsibilities include protecting workers, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with Jacobs HSE program and applicable regulations.
Responsibilities- Lead and support incident notification, investigation, reporting processes, and injury management & return-to-work processes.
- Develop and review subcontractor hazard assessments and deliverables.
- Participate in operational readiness reviews and other forums essential to project success.
- Provide interpretation, training, technical review, regulatory guidance, and governance oversight to all client and stakeholders.
- Maintain open communication with the HSE Director, HSE Manager, and peer HSE team members.
- Champion Beyond Zero performance and the Line of Business vision.
- HSE certification and/or associate degree in safety, industrial hygiene, engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 6-7 years of experience managing Construction Health and Safety.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience managing subcontractors in construction HSE.
- Experience conducting safety training.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Teams, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal and personnel management skills.
- Solid knowledge of federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.

Base salary range: $85,100.00 – $, determined by location, skills, experience, and education.
