Your Mission
You will lead a team of 11-16 experts to successfully develop security-critical systems and products for civilian and military customers. In addition to your leadership role, you will actively work on projects for at least 50% and take on technical responsibility.
As a Team Lead, you will take disciplinary leadership and strategic development of your team members in line with company goals
You will also work operationally in projects and support technical solution finding and engineering management tasks
You will ensure the capacity and deployment planning of your team for projects, keeping track of workload and resources
You will actively design recruiting, onboarding, employee meetings, and individual development plans and promote talents
You will manage development activities, ensure adherence to defined methods, processes, and tools, and reduce development risks
Through regular communication, peer reviews, knowledge sharing, and training initiatives, you will strengthen team performance and quality
In close coordination with superiors, other team leaders, and Head of Department, you will drive cross-departmental collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation, and represent your team in gates and reviews
We Are Looking For
A successfully completed degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification
In-depth knowledge and practical experience in integration, verification, validation, and qualification of systems
Experience in leading and managing engineering teams
Very good German and English skills in speech and writing
Experience with common development tools (e.g., Polarion, Jira, Confluence)
Knowledge in test automation
Experience in the design and proof of systems of systems or large military projects
Enthusiasm for the disciplinary leadership and development of an engineering team
Excellent communication skills and cross-departmental collaboration
Entrepreneurial, self-directed thinking and acting
High motivation, reflectivity, and reliability
