This position involves tasks in purchasing, production planning, and order management to ensure efficient and timely fulfillment of customer requirements. The role requires managing both external and internal customer orders in the system and integrating them into production plans while ensuring material availability.

Responsibilities include:

• Operational and tactical purchasing of materials and assemblies for production and NPI (New Product Introduction)
• Timely ordering, monitoring, and ensuring material availability according to production and NPI needs
• Close collaboration with production, planning, engineering, NPI teams, and strategic purchasing
• Implementation of sourcing strategies within defined framework contracts
• Support in NPI projects (material approvals, initial supplies, ramp-up assurance)
• Price, delivery time, and availability monitoring including reporting
• Contribution to LTB, bridge buy, and ramp-up topics
• Participation in ERP projects
• Maintenance of master data, bills of materials, and order information in relevant systems
• Support in supplier qualification and change processes

Qualifications include:

• Completed commercial education
• Several years of experience in tactical/operational purchasing, ideally in production or NPI environment
• Very good understanding of supply chain processes, material flows, and production operations
• Secure handling of ERP systems
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Good communication and assertiveness, also in escalation situations
• Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
• Very good German and English language skills, both spoken and written

• High degree of initiative and sense of responsibility
• Proactive attitude and commitment to process improvements
• Ability to cope with a dynamic production and project environment
• Team player
• Ability to set priorities clearly
