Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an Industrial Engineer 3 to apply advanced industrial engineering concepts, techniques, and analysis tools to improve manufacturing, engineering, and service operations. This role develops and analyzes data through models, databases, and spreadsheets, and supports product and process design across the full lifecycle to meet program requirements. The position focuses on improving scheduling, reducing cost, and enhancing quality using Lean and industrial engineering methods, while managing project scope, cost, and timing.
The engineer will design and optimize processes using mathematical modeling, simulation, and statistical analysis, and evaluate value streams including capacity, workflow, and logistics.
- 5+ years of industrial engineering experience (Master’s + 3 years acceptable)
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM
- Experience with MESci, Aurora, and constraints-based scheduling
