Product Industrialization Engineer, 3rd Party Integration

In this position, you have the opportunity to be directly responsible for the introduction of new parts into production and thus have an important influence on the quality of Philips products and the efficiency of processes.

Your job

• Introduction of new developments into production in close cooperation with internal functions and external suppliers, with a focus on 3rd-party devices and OEM products
• Responsibility as the technical interface to suppliers, particularly for technical clarifications and approvals
• Control of the change management of externally manufactured products along their entire life cycle within complex supply chains (Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier n)
• Integration of external product numbers into the internal system and process landscape of Philips
• Ensuring the supply capability of external partners, particularly in technical challenges or material announcements
• Support in the qualification and development of new suppliers

Following should you bring

• Experience in handling OEM products, ideally in the medical technology sector, as well as with complex supply chains and product structures
• Broad technical understanding as well as the willingness to delve into technical details
• Experience in the care of components or products within regulated environments, both in internal manufacturing and suppliers
• Knowledge in quality management (e.g. FMEA, APQP, IQ/OQ/PQ)
• Ability to work in international and cross-functional teams as well as experience in dealing with conflict situations
• Experience in project management with internal interfaces and external partners (Tier 1 – n)
• Fluent German and English skills in speech and writing
• Completed technical studies (e.g. electronics or electrical engineering)
