Production Planning Specialist
In production planning, we design a competitive and future-oriented assembly of Mercedes Benz MB.EA-M Cars platforms for the Kecskemét plant. This includes the planning and procurement of resources, material supply, screw technology, and systems as well as the development of optimized assembly processes. The numerous interfaces require transparent and company-wide communication beyond the department as well as a high level of quality and cost awareness in the implementation of innovative technologies and processes.
These challenges come to you, among others:
- Creation of project-related status reports and presentations
- Preparation of decision templates for the partial project management assembly
- Preparation and organization of international video conferences, project meetings, and workshops
- Participation in project control and integration of interface partners
- Participation in the assembly planning in the MB.EA-M-Cars vehicle segment at the Sindelfingen site for the target plant Kecskemét/Hungary
- Development of concepts for plant and process implementation and participation in commissioning and ramp-up
- Implementation and optimization of planning standards and innovative assembly processes
- Participation in standardization within the framework of lean production initiatives with factory planning, logistics, and production plants
- Scheduling and control
The activity can start in August 2026.
Qualifications:
- Degree in vehicle engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, technical business administration, mechatronics or a comparable course of study
- Secure German and English language skills in speech and writing
- Secure handling of MS-Office
- Engagement and team capability
- Analytical thinking and strategic working method
