Donaldson Company is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at our Cresco, IA facility. This role involves leading engineering projects, improving production methods, and ensuring effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturing processes.
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, AutoCAD, and Solid Works is preferred, along with strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems.
