• Planning, conducting, and evaluating comprehensive tests on fiber laser experiments will form the core of your duties. You will be responsible for the entire test chain from conception to result analysis.

• As a knowledgeable contact person, you will oversee the ongoing maintenance of a fiber laser lab and actively drive its development forward.

• From concept development to product launch, you will accompany technical projects in direct supervisory responsibility and bring your expertise into all phases of the development process.

• A successfully completed degree in physics or electrical engineering

• Practical experience in handling fiber components and splicing techniques, ideally supplemented by knowledge in the field of fiber lasers

• You communicate confidently in German and English and are comfortable in international exchanges

• You enjoy working in an interactive and international team, and with your independent working style, you drive projects forward in a self-responsible manner

• Occasional travel readiness of approximately 10%
