Job Description- Assist with structural design and analysis for residential and commercial projects
- Support historic preservation and adaptive reuse projects
- Prepare calculations, reports, and construction documents
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project teams
- Participate in field observations and construction support activities
- Help deliver projects on schedule and within quality standards
- Contribute ideas that improve sustainability and project performance
- Learn from senior engineers and develop technical expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
- Familiarity with structural analysis and design principles
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with structural design software is preferred
- Authorized to work in the United States
